Privacy Policy

Last updated: 13 September 2026

This policy explains what personal data Mobronic (“we”, “us”) collects on mobronic.com, why we collect it and what your rights are. It applies to this website only. Our mobile applications have their own privacy policies, listed at the end of this page.

1. Who is responsible

Mobronic operates this website and is the data controller for the processing described here. You can reach us at [email protected].

2. What we collect and why

We keep data collection to the minimum the site needs to function.

Contact form

When you send a message through the contact form we receive the name, email address, company name (if given) and the message you typed. We use this information solely to reply to you and to discuss the project you asked about. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and, where a project follows, the steps needed to enter into a contract with you.

Messages are delivered to our mailbox by Resend, an email delivery service. Correspondence is kept for as long as the conversation is active and, where it leads to a project, for the duration of that engagement and any legally required retention period afterwards. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Server logs

Our hosting provider records technical information about each request, such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. These logs are used for security and to keep the site running, and are retained for a short period by the provider.

What we do not collect

We do not run advertising, we do not build profiles of visitors and we do not sell or share personal data with third parties for their own purposes.

3. Cookies and local storage

This website does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. The only value stored in your browser is set by the site itself:

NamePurposeDuration
mobronic-cookie-consentRemembers whether you accepted or declined the cookie noticeUntil you clear your browser storage

If we introduce optional cookies in the future, for example for anonymous usage statistics, they will only be set after you accept them in the cookie notice, and this section will be updated.

4. Service providers

The following companies process data on our behalf, under contracts that bind them to this purpose only:

  • Vercel Inc. (United States) — hosting and content delivery for this website.
  • Resend (United States) — delivery of contact form messages to our mailbox.

Both providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where they do, transfers are covered by standard contractual clauses or an equivalent safeguard.

5. Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive a copy in a portable format. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected]. We answer within one month.

6. Children

This website is aimed at businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the website or the law changes. The date at the top of the page shows the current version. Material changes will be announced on this page.

8. Privacy policies for our applications

Each application we publish has its own policy describing what that application does with data:
